• Rescue Rod have become extensively involved with the St Leonards Hospital site for the local NHS Trust dealing with a number of collapses and blocked sewer lines across the site.
  • The majority of the work has been reactive and as a result of ongoing major development works around the pre-war site. The works have involved diversion and reinstatement of old runs due to new structures being planned and servicing existing lines through high pressure jetting and cutting of intrusive roots.
  • Due to the nature of the development at the site, the works continually evolved and changed with Rescue Rod able to react to the every changing circumstances to ensure that service delivery within the hospital was maintained and environmental issues everted.
  • The relationship with both the NHS Trust and the contractor on site has enabled further investigative works and involvement with the design of both sewer networks and mains water supply to the site.
